Bruce Rush

Career
Bruce has more than 20 years’ experience in retail banking, covering senior roles in finance, strategy, product, operations and distribution. Bruce was most recently CEO Suncorp Bank. In that role he was responsible for leading 3,000 employees serving approximately 1.2 million customers.
Prior to being CEO Suncorp Bank, Bruce oversaw the transformation of Suncorp Bank’s Home Lending business. In previous roles Bruce also managed the bank’s Everyday Banking portfolio and held various strategy and product management roles.
Bruce began his career as a financial analyst. He worked in management consulting before joining Santander UK where he led several finance teams and supported M&A activities for the bank.
Bruce holds a Masters Degree in Business and is a Chartered Accountant.
