How to register

Getting the ANZ Pacific App is easy. Firstly, you’ll need to be registered for ANZ Internet Banking.

You will also need an Apple iPhone and iPad running iOS 12.5 (or above), or an Android phone or tablet running Android operating system version 7.0 (or above).

Step 1. Register for ANZ Internet Banking

Once completed, keep your Internet Banking user ID handy and make sure you remember your password.

Step 2. Install

Search for ‘ANZ Pacific App’ in the Google Play Store or App Store and install.


Step 3. Register for the ANZ Pacific App

  • Open the ANZ Pacific App and select "Fiji"
  • Enter your UserID and Password (please ensure you read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions)
  • Set up a new 4-digit PIN and re-enter it to confirm
  • Once you've entered your PIN you'll need to complete the two security questions, when successful, you will be able to access the ANZ Pacific App.

ANZ Pacific App utilises a host of security features but there are also things you can do to help keep yourself safe. For added security we don’t store any banking information on your phone or SIM card. As soon as you close the app all of your banking information is no longer available on your phone.
