Unclaimed monies

Pursuant to Section 67 of the Banking Act 1995, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Fiji Branch, publishes names of its customers of which during a period of 10 years, or more as the case may be, no transactions have taken place and no statement of account has been requested or acknowledged by the account holder. In terms of Sub Section 2 of Section 67, the individuals to whom the accounts are payable or their legal personal representatives are required to submit a claim to  the Branch of the ANZ within three months of the date of this publication. Should a legitimate claim not be received by this given time, accounts will be closed and funds will be remitted to the Reserve Bank of Fiji.
