Order a replacement card

ANZ Internet Banking makes it easy for you to replace an ANZ Access, Visa Debit or Credit card that is close to its expiry date, damaged, faulty, or incorrectly signed.

To replace your card, you simply provide the card number and reason for replacement.

Note: In case of a card that has been lost or stolen, please immediately call 1800 033 844

Where do I go when I want to replace my card in ANZ Internet Banking?

If you are not a business customer, you can find the "Order a replacement card" link as follows:

  • Go to the Home page, which is the first page you see when you log on to ANZ Internet Banking
  • Select your credit card and you will be taken to the "Account Overview" page
  • Then select "Order a replacement card" from the "Account actions".
Can I continue to use my current card while I wait for the replacement?

Yes. You will be able to use the new card up until you have activated the new card.

My card might be lost or stolen. What should I do?

Do not use ANZ Internet Banking. Instead, please immediately call 1800 033 844

Can I replace my business cards too?
I’m not the primary cardholder. Can I still replace my card?
When will my replacement card arrive?

You should receive your card in the post within 5-7 working days.

How does ANZ know which address to send my card to?

ANZ will send the card to the most recent address you have provided us. 

If your address has changed recently, you should update it right now.
