Putting Energy Efficiency to Work
Around the country, Australians are looking for opportunities to decarbonise, driven by the need to make rapid emissions reductions to meet our net zero goal.
New research commissioned by ANZ and the Energy Efficiency Council (EEC) shows energy efficiency and electrification together can deliver 40 per cent of Australia’s emissions reductions, at low cost. This report also examines additional benefits of energy efficiency in reducing costs, improving health and wellbeing, and enabling affordable energy systems.
