Financial reports
Section 175 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) states that banks shall accomplish and publish the required quarterly Balance Sheet. Further guidance from Circular 2023-1186 states that the quarterly Balance Sheet shall be published side-by-side within thirty-five (35) banking days after the end of the reference quarter in a printed or online version of a newspaper of general circulation. As an approved alternative mode of compliance, banks may upload its quarterly Balance Sheet, as applicable, on its website, and shared for a period of at least one (1) year.
