Changes to ANZ fees and charges
We’re making changes to some of our fees and charges. These changes will come into effect from 1 December 2025.
The main reason behind those changes is to simplify the way our fees work, or to reduce or remove them entirely.

We are making changes to these fees and charges.
Fees we’re removing
We're removing the following fees and charges:
- Bills outward
- Documentary items negotiated and/or sent on collection basis - Negotiated under Bills Negotiable Not Under Credit (BNNUCR)
- Dishonours – drafts, Cheques and Documentary items – Dishonour
- Dishonours – drafts, Cheques and Documentary items - Representation
- Dishonours – drafts, Cheques and Documentary items – Extension
- Export License – letter to RBF confirming receipt of export proceeds
- Export License – letter to exporter seeking confirmation of export proceeds
- Export License – letter requesting details of outstanding items
- Bills inward
- Collection of documentary bills – free release of documents
- Additional charges – remittance of proceeds
- Responsibility fee – for extension of a bill
- Responsibility fee – delivery orders
- Responsibility fee – part payment
- Responsibility fee - contact case of need
- Dishonours – documentary items
- Dishonours – Noting and protesting a bill
- Dishonours – storing and insuring goods
