How to make payments, check your balances, transactions and direct debits

Direct debit payments: Complete the CardPay direct application form (PDF 534kB) or call 13 22 73 to have the form sent to you.

How to report a lost or stolen card

Call on 1800 033 844 (international +61 3 9683 7043) 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Notify us immediately if:

  • your card has been lost, stolen or used by someone else
  • your PIN record has been lost, stolen or has become known to, or used by, someone else.
How to query or dispute transactions on your card

Option 1: Complete the Customer transaction dispute form (PDF 62kB). Please also send a copy of any relevant documentation. Once we receive your completed form we will investigate the transaction on your behalf.

Option 2: If you can't download the form, call us on 13 22 73 (international +613 9683 9999) and we'll send it out to you.

Please refer to the terms and conditions for your card for further information on disputing transactions.

How to update your details
  • Update your details on ANZ Internet Banking and select 'Update details'.
  • Call us on 13 22 73, available 24 hours, seven days a week.
  • Drop into any ANZ branch in Australia.
How to activate your credit card
Call 1800 652 033 to activate your credit card. You may be required to complete the ANZ customer identification process if you're a new ANZ credit card holder.
How to order a replacement card
Call ANZ on 13 22 73 (international +613 9683 9999) to order a replacement card.
How to add an additional cardholder
Complete the Add an additional cardholder form (PDF 36kB) or call 13 22 73 and we will send one to you. Please note that a fee will apply to certain additional cards.
How to change your credit limit

Option 1: Use ANZ Internet Banking - select 'Cards' from the left-hand menu and then choose 'Request to change credit card limit' and follow the prompts.

Option 2: Download and complete the Request credit card limit increase/decrease form (PDF 100kB) and return it to ANZ.

Option 3: Call ANZ on 13 22 73 (international +61 3 9683 9999).

How to complete a credit card balance transfer

Option 1: Use ANZ Internet Banking and select 'Credit card balance transfer' under the 'Cards' option on the left hand panel.

Option 2: Complete the Balance transfer application form (PDF 87kB).

Option 3: Call ANZ on 13 22 73 (international +61 3 9683 9999).

How to request an ANZ Frequent Flyer American Express® card

If you are an existing ANZ Frequent Flyer account holder (before 19 July 2009), and would like to request an ANZ Frequent Flyer American Express card to access your existing ANZ Frequent Flyer account:

  1. Simply complete the Request an ANZ Frequent Flyer American Express card (PDF 112kB) form and return it to ANZ.
  2. Ensure that you download and read
