- fill in the form and click "Submit".
We will respond to you within 24-48 hours.

- Transaction dispute enquiries.

You must call ANZ on 1800 033 844 (International callers dial +61 3 9683 7043/ 7044/ 7047), 24 hours, seven days a week to advise of the loss or theft of a card. Due to the nature of the request, immediate phone contact is essential.
