- click on the relevant category in the "SecureMail enquiries" section
- fill in the form and click "Submit".
We will respond to you within 24-48 hours.
The card enquiries are divided into:
- General card enquiries
- Reward/loyalty enquiries
- Change credit card limit
- Credit limit assessment enquiries
- Transaction dispute enquiries.
