| How many current offers will be available to me at a time? |

Up to three promotional offers relating to products may be presented to you at a time in your ANZ Internet Banking. You may also be presented with account options on the "View Accounts" landing page. These offers are specific to your existing linked accounts.

| What is the reference number I receive when I accept an offer used for? |

Your reference number is a unique number that allows us to identify the offer for which you have applied.

| Can I stop the online offers from appearing in ANZ Internet Banking? |

Yes. By clicking on the "No thanks" button at the bottom of your ANZ Internet Banking screen for a particular offer, you can elect not to see that offer in ANZ Internet Banking for the present time.

| I just accepted an offer still see it in ANZ Internet Banking. Why? |

If you have already accepted the offer via phone/anz.com/mail it will be withdrawn from ANZ Internet Banking when we update ANZ Internet Banking offers.

| Can I cancel an offer I have already accepted? |

Unfortunately you cannot cancel an offer you have already accepted. |

If you did not see the confirmation page and were not provided with the reference number, it is unlikely that your application was processed.

We have a number of systems that regularly review your account and then offer a credit limit increase based on a number of factors including how long you have had your account, your current limit and how much of your current limit you use. |
