  • These offers will be displayed from time to time in your ANZ Internet Banking.
  • You can click on an ad for more information on the product being advertised.
How many current offers will be available to me at a time?

Up to three promotional offers relating to products may be presented to you at a time in your ANZ Internet Banking. You may also be presented with account options on the "View Accounts" landing page. These offers are specific to your existing linked accounts.

  • All offers are subject to applicable terms and conditions. Eligibility or registration criteria may also apply.
What is the reference number I receive when I accept an offer used for?

Your reference number is a unique number that allows us to identify the offer for which you have applied.

  • You should keep a record of this until your application is processed.
  • If you have any issues or delays with your offer we can investigate the issue further if required.
Can I stop the online offers from appearing in ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes. By clicking on the "No thanks" button at the bottom of your ANZ Internet Banking screen for a particular offer, you can elect not to see that offer in ANZ Internet Banking for the present time.

  • However, over time you may be presented with similar offers, unless you opt out of all marketing.
  • Offers relating to your existing accounts make it possible for you to activate additional account features, such as upgrading to an existing credit card, increase the credit limit, redraw your loan, etc.
  • These options can be removed by opting out of all marketing, but this means that you will not receive promotional material from ANZ until you decide to opt back in.
I just accepted an offer still see it in ANZ Internet Banking. Why?

If you have already accepted the offer via phone/anz.com/mail it will be withdrawn from ANZ Internet Banking when we update ANZ Internet Banking offers.

Can I cancel an offer I have already accepted?

Unfortunately you cannot cancel an offer you have already accepted.

I started the application online but my Internet session timed out.

If you did not see the confirmation page and were not provided with the reference number, it is unlikely that your application was processed.

  • If the application was not processed you will still be able to see the offer on the "Current offers" page in your ANZ Internet Banking.
