What is BPAY View™ biller list?

The BPAY View™ biller list is the list of BPAY® billers you have saved in your ANZ Internet Banking in order to manage your bills online.

  • Once you have saved a BPAY View™ biller you can edit their details or delete them at any time.
What information can I find on this page?

On this page you can find some information about the BPAY View™ biller including their biller name, reference number, biller description or the description you have saved for this biller and the status of the biller stating whether it is active or inactive.

What else can I do on this page?

Apart from getting some details about the biller, you can also maintain the biller and the online bills as follows:

  • Add biller: add new billers to receive their bills online.
  • Edit biller: edit various details for the biller, including notification method and filing options.
  • Deactivate biller: this cancels view online bills service for that biller. A confirmation screen will first be displayed, explaining the process and ensuring you wish to continue.
What does the status field mean in my BPAY View™ Biller list page?

The following are the statuses you are likely to see:

  • Active: this means that BPAY View™ is currently active and you will be receiving online bills.
  • Inactive: this means that you have already deactivated the BPAY View™ facility for this particular biller. Hence you do not receive online bills from them any more.
  • Pending: this means that you have registered for BPAY View™ for this biller but the biller's authorisation is still pending.
  • Deactivating: this means that you have recently requested to cancel your BPAY View™ service to view bills online for that biller. However, the biller has not yet completed this. It may take up to two bank business days for deactivation.
Important notes
  • It is your responsibility to check your email or log on to ANZ Internet Banking to receive notification of new bills.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is accurate and current or you may not receive notification of new bills.
  • Your access to BPAY View™ is dependent on the biller accepting your registration.
  • If, for any reason, you are unable to access ANZ Internet Banking, it is your responsibility to organise alternative billing methods with your billers.
  • Any authentication questions asked by BPAY View™ billers are requested and used only by the biller in processing your registration.
