Delete a payment template
Payment templates are a convenient way to help you make multiple payments. Once you have a template saved you can select it to populate your payments without needing to add the details for each payment individually.
- If you no longer need a template you can easily delete it.
- You will not be able to retrieve the details once the template is deleted.

ANZ Internet Banking for Business customers can easily delete a saved template that they no longer need.
- Go to the "Pay and Transfer" menu.
- Select "Payment templates".
A full list of your payment templates will display.
| Step 1 - Select the template and click "Immediately delete template" |

This will delete the template from your list so you will no longer be able to use it to make payments. |
| Why can't I delete my template? |

You cannot delete a template if it has been used for a scheduled future or recurring payment.
If you wish to delete a future dated or recurring payment, the request must be lodged within ANZ Internet Banking prior to 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day prior to the payment date. |

Once deleted, the details will be updated immediately in the "Payment templates" list and the template will be removed immediately. |
| Can I edit the amount and other payment details in the template if it is incorrect? |

Yes. You can edit, copy, rename or delete the templates. You can edit the following in an existing template:
