Your Access CRN (that you use to log on to multiple entities) is either a nine digit number provided to you by an ANZ Customer Service Consultant or your 15 or 16 digit ANZ Card number. |

If you were using this ANZ Card number to log on to ANZ Internet Banking for Business, you will need to obtain a new CRN by contacting the ANZ Internet Banking for Business team on 1800 269 242 between 8.00am to 8.00pm (AEST) Monday to Friday and get CRN details transferred to a new CRN. However, if you were using a different ANZ Card or a nine digit Access CRN, your CRN will not change. |

| How do I know what my Operator ID is? |

If you are an Administrator or an Authoriser, you will not need any Operator IDs to log on to ANZ Internet Banking for Business. However, if you are an Operator, your Administrator will provide you with your Operator ID when you are registered for ANZ Internet Banking for Business. If you are not sure what your Operator ID is, please contact your Administrator for further assistance. |
| What is the difference between an Administrator and an Authoriser? |

An Authoriser is the person who has authority to perform transactions as well as authorise transactions submitted by other users. Administrators can complete the functions of an Authoriser but are also able to set up and manage Operators, request for Pay Anyone limit change and international payment functions. |
| How can I change the access of my Authorisers? |

To change Authoriser access in ANZ Internet Banking for Business you'll need to fill in a maintenance form and fax it to the ANZ Internet Banking for Business Registration team on 1800 304 131 or post it to Reply Paid 84562, Richmond East, Victoria 3121. These details are available on the form. |

Security Device
| What is a Security Device? |
|---|
|
The ANZ Security Device is a key ring sized electronic token that displays a Security Code, which is required to authorise value transactions to third party accounts. A different Security Code is displayed every 60 seconds. |
| How do I identify my own Security Device if I mix it up with another? |
|---|
|
You will need to input the Security Code on the payment/transfer authorisation screen to confirm that the Security Device is your own. Each Security Device holder should retain their own device and keep it secure.

| When do I get my Security Device? |

|
The ANZ Internet Banking for Business Administrator and/or Authoriser registered for a Security Device will receive it via registered post within 3-5 bank business days from the date the Registration team received the registration form. |
| Can I use my Security Device immediately once I receive it? |

No. A Security Device needs to be activated before it can be used. You can contact the ANZ Internet Banking for Business team on 1800 269 242 between 8.00am to 8.00pm (AEST) Monday to Friday to activate your Security Device once you receive it. |
| How do I use my Security Device? |

When authorising any third party payment you'll be prompted to enter the Security Code. The Security Code is the sequence of numbers displayed on your Security Device, which changes every 60 seconds. All you need to do is to punch in the numbers displayed and follow the prompts. |

The Security Code number is in lock step with code numbers in the ANZ system.

ANZ encrypts your personal data using 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Encryption (turning words and numbers into a coded language) prevents unauthorised users from being able to change or read your data. You can identify whether the ANZ Internet Banking session is secure or encrypted by ensuring you see https:// in the address bar and/or when you see a padlock in the bottom right corner of the browser window. You can double click on the padlock to view the digital certificate i.e. the electronic signature to view details. |
| Do I have to log out of a session before I can log on using another computer? |

Yes. Operators may logon using their own CRN, password and Operator IDs and prepare payments, regardless of whether the Authoriser is logged on; all users have their own unique log on details for ANZ Internet Banking. |

Two factor authentication involves using two factors to identify a customer when they use ANZ Internet Banking for Business.
