Order a replacement statement

To order a replacement statement:

  • Go to the "View Statements" page.
  • Select your account by clicking on the account name.
  • Click on the "Order a replacement statement" link and follow the steps below.

Note: Alternatively, the link can be found by selecting "Cards" from the "Apply For" menu.

Step 1 - Select your account
  • Select your account from the "Select account" drop down.
Step 2 - Enter your statement Transaction dates
  • Enter the date ranges for which you would like to receive replacement statements.
  • You can enter up to 10 sets of transaction dates by clicking the "Add more dates" button
  • For each set of transaction dates, ensure the "To" date is more recent than the "From".

Note: Ensure all dates are no more than 7 years earlier than today's date.

Step 3 - Select your delivery option

You will always have at least two options to choose from:

  • Fax: enter your fax number including area code
  • Mail*
  • Email**: accepts your stored email (displayed by default), or enter another email address.

Note: If you are requesting replacement statements for a credit card account, your delivery options are "Fax" and "Mail". 

*If you choose "Mail", you should make sure your personal postal address is up to date before you submit your request. If you are a business customer, make sure your business postal address is up to date.

**If you choose "Email", the email you enter will only be used for the statements you are requesting at this time. Subsequent statement requests will revert to your stored emailing address.

Step 4 - Enter your contact details
  • Enter a home phone number (including area code) or mobile phone number in case we need to contact you regarding your request.
Step 5 - Submit your request
  • Once you click "Submit", a receipt will display to confirm your submission
  • You can choose to register for online statements at this point, to allow for future statements to be available online.

Note: If you are requesting replacement statements for your personal credit card, email delivery is not available.

What are replacement statements?

Replacement statements are copies of your previous account statements

Can I order replacement statements for all my accounts online?

You can order replacement statements for most of the accounts linked to your ANZ Internet Banking. Use the "From Account" dropdown box to select your account.

Is there a fee for a replacement statement?

No. Currently there is no fee associated with replacement statements.

Can you email the replacement statements to me?

Yes. For accounts that are eligible for replacement statements (except credit cards), you can choose to have the replacement statement(s) emailed to a valid email address.

What is the oldest statement I can order?

You can replace a statement that is no older than 7 years from the date of the request being lodged with ANZ. ANZ does not hold statements for periods longer than 7 years.

Is there another way I can get historical statement information?

Yes, you can view selected historical statement information for eligible* accounts by going to the “View Statements” page from the “Accounts” menu. 

  • If you opened your eligible account before 9 December 2013 and you have previously registered to receive online statements for that account, you will be able to view statements beginning from the statement period in which you opted in.
  • If you opened your eligible account before 9 December 2013 and if you had not previously registered to receive online statements for that account, you may be able to view your statements from the first statement period commencing after 1 July 2013.
  • If you opened your eligible account on 9 December 2013 or thereafter, you will be able to view historical statements for that account for the statement period commencing on the day the account was opened.

Historical online statements will continue to build for up to 7 years.
