Modify a direct loan payment
Direct loan payments are an easy way to set up recurring payments to your linked ANZ loan accounts. You can set up a prime direct loan payment, which acts as the primary loan payment method.
- When modifying prime direct loan payments you can only increase the payment amount.
- You cannot reduce the payment amount or edit the frequency of payments.

To modify a direct loan payment:
- Go to the "View Accounts" page.
- This is the first page you see when you log on to ANZ Internet Banking.
- If you cannot locate it, select "View Accounts" from the "Accounts" menu.
- Select your loan account by clicking on the account name.
- Click the "Create or manage direct loan payments" link.
Your direct loan payments list will display.
- Select the relevant payment, using the radio buttons under the "Select" column.
- Click "Modify payment" and follow the steps below.

Please note that you are the only person who can change or remove a recurring payment that you have created. If you have chosen this direct loan repayment option as your prime payment method, the end date will automatically default to until further notice. If your loan is currently in an interest only, progress draw down, extension or deferral period, your additional payment will automatically stop at the end of that period.

If you do not want to proceed with this payment instruction, click on the "Cancel" button on the bottom left and repeat steps 1-3. |
| Step 4 - View your lodgement receipt |

Once you accept the customer authorisation the "Direct loan payment - lodgement receipt" page will display, showing the loan payment details and the transfer instructions. To print this page, click on the "Print" icon in the top right corner.
