After logging on to ANZ Internet Banking all of your linked accounts will display on the "View Accounts" landing page.

  • Click on your loan account to view transactions and access various options to help you manage the account.

How do I link my accounts to ANZ Internet Banking?

You can link your accounts to ANZ Internet Banking in one of three ways:

  • Use the link my accounts function on ANZ Internet Banking - this will take 24-48 hours.
  • Contact the ANZ Internet Banking team on 13 33 50 (International callers: +61 3 9683 8833) 24 hours a day, seven days a week - this will be immediate.
  • Visit your nearest ANZ branch - this will be immediate.

Online statements are automatically available for eligible accounts linked to ANZ Internet Banking, including loan accounts.

Why is the available funds column in my loan account showing as N/A?

Funds in loan accounts are usually not available for withdrawal, unless the redraw feature is available for the loan. This section therefore always shows a "N/A".

  • To see if you have available funds in your account, you can go to the "Redraw loan" section.
  • This page shows the amount paid in advance, which is the available fund for redraw.
  • You can also check the amount paid in advance from the "Account details" page for your loan.
