To view your reward points:

  • Go to the "View Accounts" landing page.
  • This is the first page you see when you log on to ANZ Internet Banking.
  • If you cannot locate it, go to the "Accounts" menu and select"View Accounts".
  • Select your card account by clicking on the account name.
  • Then click on the "Reward points" link at the top of the page.

Your reward points summary will display. 

Frequent Flyer reward points summary
  • Points earned this period: represents the base points earned through purchases using your card.
  • Bonus points earned this period:represents the bonus points earned through purchase from Bonus partners which are additional base points.
  • Points adjusted this period:is the figure that reflects any point adjustments since your last credit card statement.
  • Total points earned for this period: represents your base points plus bonus points earned since your last statement, plus or minus any points adjusted. Your total points earned this period will be transferred to your Qantas Frequent Flyer Membership Account on the date of your next credit card statement. To transfer your points sooner, call the ANZ Cards Service team on 13 22 73 (International callers: +613 9683 7043) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Sphere reward points summary
  • Opening balance:represents your points balance as of the date of your last credit card statement.
  • Points redeemed or adjusted: this period represents the number of points redeemed or otherwise adjusted since the date of your last credit card statement.
  • Points earned this period: represents the base points earned for purchases using your ANZ First or ANZ Gold credit card. Points earned since your last statement are not available to redeem until the date of your next statement.
  • Bonus points earned this period: represents the bonus points earned on purchases at Sphere Bonus Partners, which are additional to the base points. Bonus points earned since your last statement are not available to redeem until the date of your next statement.
  • Points available for redemption: represents the points available to you for immediate redemption and reflects the balance of your last statement minus any points redeemed, and plus/minus any points adjusted since your last statement.

How can I check my Qantas Frequent Flyer points?

You can log on to your ANZ Internet Banking and check your reward points via the "Reward Points" link on the account overview page for your ANZ Credit Card.

When will my Qantas Frequent Flyer points appear on my Qantas account?

Your Qantas Frequent Flyer points are credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 48 hours of the date that your ANZ Credit Card statement is sent to you each month.

How can I check which rewards are currently available?

Your rewards guide, distributed with your reward points statement will list your rewards choices.

How can I check who the current bonus partners are?

What can I do on the "Reward points" page?

You can review your rewards points if your ANZ Credit Card is linked to the:

  • ANZ Frequently Flyer reward program, or
  • Sphere reward program which is available for ANZ Visa First and ANZ Platinum cards

If your ANZ Credit Card is linked to any other ANZ reward programs, visit ANZ website for information on how to review your reward points.

You can find the following information on this page:

  • Points earned this period: the base points earned through purchases using your card.
  • Bonus points earned this period: the bonus points earned through purchase from bonus partners which are additional base points.
  • Points adjusted this period: the figure that reflects any point adjustments since your last credit card statement.
  • Total point earned for this period: your base points plus bonus points earned since your last statement, plus or minus any points adjusted.
