Changes to ANZ fees and charges
We’re making changes to some of our fees and charges. These changes will come into effect from 30 June 2025.
The main reason is to simplify the way our fees work, or to reduce or remove them entirely.

We're removing these fees and charges:
- Imports – Documentary credits
- Amendment – Basic
- Other – Expired / Excess drawing
- Other – Cancellation
- Imports – Documentary collections
- Other – Avalisation
- Other - Documents released free of Payment
- Other - Miscellaneous
- per service/item transaction
- per hour (as appropriate)
- Dishonour – Documentary item
- Dishonour – Re–presentation of dishonoured item – documentary item
- Dishonour – Noting a bill
- Dishonour – Storing and insuring goods
- Dishonour – Protesting a bill
- Exports – Documentary credits
- Amendment – Amendment
- Negotiation – Without Recourse to the drawer (where the credit specifically so provides, or the customer so requests and the bank agrees)
- Other – Confirmation
- Other – Acting as paying or reimbursing bank
