Getting Started

Getting started with ANZ Internet Banking is easy. Simply follow the three steps below and then click on the 'New User' link at the bottom of the page to get started.


Step One - You need an ANZ account that can be linked to ANZ Internet Banking.

Click here to view the list of accounts and investments that can be linked to ANZ Internet Banking.


Step Two - Check your software and browser settings using the 'Software Requirements and Settings' guide.

 


Step Three - Obtain a Customer Registration Number and PIN.

If you have already registered for ANZ Phone Direct, you can use your existing Customer Registration Number and PIN to register. Simply click on the 'New User' link at the bottom of the page.

If you haven't registered for ANZ Phone Direct call 0800 ANZ 2 You (0800 269 296, +64 4 470 3142), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or visit the ANZ branch where your account is held.
