View a detailed bill

Go paperless and receive online bills only to contribute towards achieving ANZ’s environmental sustainability targets.

  • You can easily view a detailed PDF version of your bill and save it to your computer if you wish.

In order to view your detailed bill you must have pop-up blockers disabled and JavaScript enabled on your browser.

To view a detailed bill from your online bills list:

  • Go to the "Payments" menu
  • Select "View online bills" and follow the steps below. 

On the "View online bills" page a list of your current bills will display.

Step 1 - Select your bill
  • Select the bill you want to view, using the radio buttons under the "Select" column.
  • Click on the "View bill summary" link located under your list of bills.
  • Your bill summary will be displayed, which will include the amount due, the issue date of the bill, the due date and the biller details including your reference number.
Step 2 - View your detailed bill
  • Click on the "View detailed bill" link located at the bottom of your bill summary.
Step 3 - Read and accept the warning message

Before proceeding to your detailed bill you will be presented with a message advising that the bill opens on an external website.

  • Click "Continue" if you wish to open the PDF bill in a new window.

In order for the online PDF bill to open properly you'll need to:

Step 4 - Save the bill (optional)
  • To save a copy of your bill, click "Save a copy" located at the top of the window and follow the prompts.
Step 5 - Return to ANZ Internet Banking
  • When you have finished viewing your detailed bill you can close the window and you will be returned to your ANZ Internet Banking session.

Can I get detailed bill in ANZ Internet Banking?

You will get the bill summary in ANZ Internet Banking. To view a detailed bill follow the steps below:

  • Click on the "View detailed bill" link
  • This will take you to an external page provided by your biller, which will have a full version of the bill including itemisations and credits, etc.
Can I save the detailed bill?

Yes. You can save a copy of the detailed bill in PDF format once you have access to the detailed bill.

How do I make a payment to the online bill?

Once you have viewed the bill, you can make an immediate payment or set up a future dated payment to pay that bill.

  • Click on the "Pay this bill" link under your bill summary.
  • This will take you to the "Pay BPAY® bills" page with pre-populated details of your bill to proceed with the payment.
How do I view previous bills?

To view previous bills, click on "View previous bills" link. 

  • This will allow you to view bills that you've already moved to your previous bills file.
Can I de-register from online bills?

Yes. You can de-register a specific BPAY View™ biller from online bills any time.

  • Go to "BPAY View™ Biller List".
  • Select a biller, using the radio buttons under the "Select" column.
  • Then click on "Deactivate Biller"

This will mean you'll no longer receive bills from that biller through your ANZ Internet Banking.

Why won't my detailed bill display?

If are having problems opening a detailed bill, check your browser settings. You'll need to have pop-up blockers disabled and JavaScript enabled for the PDF to open correctly in a new window.
