  • click on the relevant category in the "SecureMail enquiries" section
  • fill in the form and click "Submit".

In most cases, we will respond to you within 24-48 hours.

How do I get to the "Card Enquiries" page?
  • Select the "Contact" icon from the header.
  • Select the "Card Enquiries" link under the SecureMail enquiries section and follow the prompts.
What information can I find on the "Card Enquiries" page?

The "Card Enquiries" page provides you with the following information:

  • The contact details for the ANZ Cards Services team.
  • Further links to SecureMail card enquiries. Enquiries are only accepted from the primary cardholders
  • A link to the "homepage" where you can access all your ANZ accounts.
What do I do if my ANZ Card is lost or stolen?

You must call ANZ on 1800 033 844 (International callers dial +61 3 9683 7043/ 7044/ 7047), 24 hours, seven days a week to advise of the loss or theft of a card. Due to the nature of the request, immediate phone contact is essential.

What else can I do on this page?

You can send us SecureMail enquiries relating to the following enquiries from this page:

  • general card enquiries
  • reward/loyalty enquiries
  • request to change credit card limit for both pre-approved and non pre-approved customers
  • credit limit assessment enquiries
  • transaction dispute enquiries
  • feedback.

Enquiries are only accepted from the primary cardholders. We will respond to you within two bank business days.
