Remove account notifications

If you no longer wish to receive account notifications then you can easily remove them. You can choose which notifications you’d like to remove and which ones you would like to continue receiving.

To remove account notifications, you’ll need to be logged in to ANZ Internet Banking.

Step 1 – Navigate to “Account notifications”
  • Go to the “Profile” menu.
  • Select “Account notifications”.
Step 2 – Remove account notifications for your account/s
  • Select “Edit” for the account you’d like to remove notifications from.
  • Deselect the notifications that you no longer wish to receive;
    • To remove notifications when you receive an Osko payment;
      • Deselect “When you receive an Osko payment”.
    • To remove notifications when you send an Osko payment
      • Deselect “When you successfully send an Osko payment”.
    • To remove notifications when an Osko payment fails
      • Deselect “When an Osko payment fails”.
    • To remove notifications when you have an upcoming scheduled payment;
      • Deselect “When you have an upcoming scheduled payment”.
  • Select “Save” to save your changes and return to the account notifications page.

Repeat Step 2 for each account that you’d like to remove notifications from.

Unfortunately not, notifications are only available for payee list changes and Osko payments.

Osko is a fast payment network that allows near real-time payments between participating banks.

What is an Osko payment?

An Osko payment is a payment that is sent via the Osko service.

How do I sign up for Osko payments?

You don’t need to sign up for Osko payments. Osko payments are dependent upon the banks involved in the transaction.

Whether payment/s you send and receive are sent via the Osko service will depend upon whether your account is eligible to send and receive Osko payments, the terms and conditions of your payee’s or payer’s bank and any technical limitations or interruptions.
