ANZ Internet Enquiry Access is a fully functional Internet application designed to assist you streamline and effectively manage your interactions with our Customer Transaction Service Centre.
It is a channel for communicating with our service consultants and is supported by a user name and password.
Use this new Internet tool to:
- lodge an enquiry on your accounts
- check the status of your enquiries including resolution actions
- search transaction details
- use the powerful search facility for a full history of your enquiries
- order statements
- order chequebooks (standard forms only)
