Internet Banking gives you access to a large range of banking features 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It's fast, simple and convenient; and, with the new Confirm Details feature, it can also help to make payments more accurate.

The Confirm Details feature is a new step in some payment processes. It gives you the opportunity to check and confirm the details of your payment before you submit it - helping to ensure your payment goes to the intended account.

Using the Confirm Details feature is easy:

Enter the details of your payment as you would normally, and click the Continue button.

The new Confirm Details screen will appear. At this point the payment has not yet been lodged for processing.

Check the details of your payment.

If the details are correct click the Confirm button.

If you need to change the details, click the Back button, make the necessary changes, and click the Continue button.

Once you have clicked the Confirm button, the Lodgement Receipt screen will appear. This indicates that your payment has been successfully lodged for processing.

The Confirm Details feature gives you the opportunity to make sure your money is going to the right account and will soon be seen whenever you use the Pay Bills, Transfer Funds, Pay Credit Card or Pay Anyone functions in Internet Banking.
