On March 31, 2022, ANZ announced it would exit US community banking in American Samoa to strengthen its focus on its core Pacific markets.
This was a difficult decision for ANZ and we are committed to supporting our staff and customers through this transition.

What happened if I didn't close my accounts?
We closed all accounts in October, 2022. All unclaimed deposit account funds were sent via cashier’s check mailed to the account holder’s address we had on file.
What if I didn't deposit my cashier's check by March 31, 2023?

What has happened to my loan?
All ANZ Guam, Inc. dba ANZ Amerika Samoa Bank (ANZ) mortgage loans were sold to MWW Financial Services LLC on August 4, 2023.
As MWW Financial Services LLC is also your new loan servicer, this means that ANZ no longer collects your mortgage loan payments and you need to make them direct to MWW Financial Services LLC.
How do I make loan payments?
You can make your loan payments to MWW Financial Services LLC via the following methods:
