The remuneration framework for a large proportion of our employees comprises both fixed and variable pay:


In Australia, fixed pay generally comprises of cash salary and a Superannuation contribution. Fixed remuneration is reviewed annually based on a range of factors, such as budget, market positioning, affordability, internal relativities, and individual factors, such as experience, technical/leadership competencies, etc.


To help build high performing teams, variable rewards (i.e. incentives) are differentiated based on performance, and designed to align remuneration with prudent risk taking that drives performance.
