Notice of change to the address of ANZ bank (Vietnam) Limited – Ho Chi Minh city branch

Due to the change in the name of the building where Ho Chi Minh City Branch of ANZ Bank (Vietnam) Limited is located, ANZ would like to notify the change to this branch’s address as follows:

Old address: Ground floor and 10th floor, Kumho Asiana Plaza Saigon, 39 Le Duan, Ben Nghe ward, District 1, HCMC

Has been changed to:

New address: Ground floor and 10th floor, MPlaza Saigon, 39 Le Duan, Ben Nghe ward, District 1, HCMC

(According to the approval letter No.1148/CucII.4 of Ho Chi Minh City banking inspection department, State Bank of Vietnam)

The above mentioned change does not have any impact on ANZ’s operation in Vietnam as well as its customer service. ANZ’s branches and transaction offices in Hanoi and HCMC, Internet banking system and 24/7 Contact Centre are in normal operation to serve customers.

Notice of changes on ANZ Internet Banking

In an effort to continuously improve our ANZ Internet Banking service, effective from 15 August 2016, you will experience some changes on local payment screen and a shorter processing time (except scheduled payment).

Meanwhile, the following changes may impact on the following items on your ANZ Internet Banking:

  • Your “favourites” menu will be removed.
  • All the scheduled payment(s) which is (are) setup before the above mentioned date will no longer be effective from 31 December 2016.

Please set up your favourites menu or arrange the scheduled 
payment(s) again after this timeline.

Notice of maximum daily transfer limit on ANZ Internet Banking

As a mitigation to minimize potential risk associated with online transactions, we would like to inform you that effective from 01 August 2016, the transfer limit on ANZ Internet Banking will be limited to equivalent of USD21,000 per day including transfer(s) to: other ANZ accounts, account(s) at other banks in Vietnam and overseas (not including transfers between your linked ANZ accounts or bill payments).

Should you need to make transfer(s) higher than this maximum daily limit, please visit the nearest ANZ Branch.
