No. 

Due to security reasons you cannot open or close an ANZ account on ANZ Internet Banking, but you can open a new ANZ account or close an existing ANZ account at your local ANZ branch. Contact the ANZ Internet Banking Support Centre for more information or for the location of your nearest ANZ branch.

How can I link or de-link an ANZ account(s) from my ANZ Internet Banking?
You can request at any ANZ branch.
Can I view my ANZ Term Deposit accounts via ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes. 

If you nominate these accounts to be linked to ANZ Internet Banking on the ANZ Internet Banking Registration form, you will be able to view the current balance of these accounts on ANZ Internet Banking.

Can I view my ANZ Loan accounts via ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes. 

If you nominate these accounts to be linked to ANZ Internet Banking on the ANZ Internet Banking Registration form, you will be able to view the current balance of these accounts on ANZ Internet Banking. You will be able to view the last 20 transactions.

Can I pay my bills via ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes. 

You can pay your bills to any ANZ registered billers. You can make an immediate payment or a future-dated payment (but not a recurring payment) on ANZ Internet Banking.
