ANZ is the first foreign bank in Vietnam to provide 24-hour, toll-free service line, fully operated since June 2006. Our call centre now receives an average of 20,000 calls per month.

In order to continuously provide a better service to you, our valuable customers, we will upgrade our Call Centre switchboard so that your inquiries could be directed to our specialised customer service representative and answered in a more professional manner.
