Customer can call the 24/7 ANZ Contact Centre at 1900 1276 with your registered telephone code (replacing Security Password) and enjoy some new automatic features.

GET YOUR 1ST TIME TELEPHONE CODE
Your 1st time Telephone code will be sent to your registered email address

CALL 24/7 ANZ CONTACT CENTRE
Dial 1900 1276 by your registered phone number(*) if you have any enquires.

ENTER YOUR 1ST TIME TELEPHONE CODE
Using your phone keypad to enter 1st time telephone code per telephony’s instruction.

CHANGE YOUR TELEPHONE CODE
You need to change your 1st time telephone code per telephony’s instruction.

(*) Registered phone number is the phone number you registered with ANZ in your Credit card Application form (for Credit Card Service) or Account Opening form (for debit card, personal account, loan information and Internet Banking service)

Note: Telephone code for personal account and loan is different from telephone code for credit card (if you are ANZ credit cardholder)
