Resident 100% Foreign-owned Company

Investment Licence (certified copy).
Company Charter (certified copy).
BOM (or board of directors) decision/resolution appointing the General director or registration of the General Director with the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) (original or certified copy).
Resolution of the BOM/board of directors on the account opening and authorized signatories to the account(optional)(original or certified copy)
IDs of the General Director and authorized signatories.
Account opening and authority forms signed by General Director and stamped.
Tax code registration

Off-shore Company

Certificate of Incorporation (certified copy).
Company Charter (certified copy).
POA of the Head Office (or BOM resolution if required by the Head Office’s constitutive document) requesting opening of account(s), appointing its rep. in Vietnam and the company rep.’s authority on the account.
IDs of the company representative and signatories to the account (certified copy).
Account opening and authority forms signed by account holder and stamped.

Joint-venture Company

Investment Licence (certified copy).
Joint-venture contract (certified copy).
Company Charter (certified copy).
BOM (or board of directors) decision/resolution appointing the legal representative (original or certified copy) or registration of the General Director with the MPI(certified copy).
Registration of BOM members with the MPI , if there is BOM (certified copy).
Resolution of the BOM/board of directors on the account opening and authorized signatories to the account(optional)(original).
ID of the General Director and authorized signatories.
Account opening and authority forms signed by General Director and stamped.
