24 hour telephone service
Transaction banking facilities are available only from Australia and New Zealand.
ANZ does not currently offer retail bank accounts or accept retail deposits in the USA and our US staff do not have access to the relevant information systems to help with account enquiries. ANZ provides you with a 24 hour, direct dial telephone service for resolving all your account and card enquiries. The telephone numbers listed below are the best way to have these issues addressed via a single phone call.

Transferring money
Sending funds from a US bank account to your ANZ account is performed by your US bank or non-bank remittance provider.
To remit funds to your Australian bank account, you will need to provide the sending bank with:
- Account name
- Account number
- BSB
- ANZ SWIFT Code (ANZBAU3M).
To remit funds to your New Zealand bank account, you will need to provide the sending bank with:
- Account name
- Account number
- Bank and branch number
- ANZ New Zealand SWIFT Code (ANZBNZ22).
ANZ does not currently offer retail bank accounts or accept retail deposits in the United States.
Sending funds to a US bank account from your ANZ bank account or other Australian or New Zealand bank accounts
Your bank in Australia or New Zealand must perform this function and it cannot be performed or facilitated in the USA by ANZ. Your sending bank in Australia or New Zealand will need the following information to transfer funds to a US bank account:
- Sort code
- Account number
- Account name
- SWIFT code.
