Relationship Management
ANZ’s relationship management team in Europe supports the Bank’s multinational
client base in the region, with particular focus on the Natural Resources and
Infrastructure sectors. We work closely with our extensive branch and product
networks in Australia, New Zealand and Asia and with our product partners in
Markets and Working Capital in Europe and the USA. This ensures that our clients
benefit from the Bank’s in-depth knowledge of our core franchise geographies and
our key industries, as well as our understanding of the opportunities and challenges
facing them.

Structured Finance
Our Structured Finance business comprises a project finance practice in London and New York - specialising
in infrastructure, natural resources and renewable energy - as well as a bespoke structuring unit offering
tailored solutions for our clients’ financial and commercial needs.

Principal Origination
Our Principal Origination business enables us to deploy the Bank's capital alongside that of our clients as a project sponsor or co-investor, with a view to developing new business opportunities. In the UK, we play an active role as a principal in the PPP/PFI market, in particular in the areas of education and environmental infrastructure.
