Can I use ANZ Internet Banking to make payments to accounts at other banks?

Yes.

Payments can be made from eligible ANZ accounts to an account with another bank within the Solomon Islands, using the Local Transfer Request function. You must ensure you enter the correct transfer request details as ANZ is not required to and does not check that the details provided by you are correct.

If I transfer money today between my linked ANZ accounts on ANZ Internet Banking, can I take it out at the ATM?

Yes.

Money transferred between your linked ANZ accounts in the same currency through ANZ Internet Banking will be immediately accessible via an ATM if the account is able to be accessed via an ATM, and the funds are cleared.

Can I request a Draft using ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes.

You can request a Draft in any of the currencies provided by ANZ, using the Draft Request function. You must ensure you enter the correct Draft request details as ANZ is not required to and does not check that the details provided by you are correct.  

Can I transfer money overseas using ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes.

You can transfer money overseas using the International Transfer Request function. You must ensure you enter the correct transfer request details as ANZ is not required to and does not check that the details provided by you are correct.

Will ANZ Internet Banking be available 24 hours, seven days a week?

Yes.

ANZ Internet Banking will ordinarily be available 24 hours, seven days a week. However, it is possible that access may be disrupted by a service being temporarily unavailable or where a system or equipment fails to function in a normal or satisfactory manner.

Do I incur fees for using ANZ Internet Banking?
You can log onto ANZ Internet Banking, check your balances and view your transaction history free of charge. Transactions completed via ANZ Internet Banking may incur transaction fees. Each ANZ account has a monthly free transaction limit, that if exceeded will incur fees.  Refer to your Product Disclosure booklet for further details.
Is there a limit of how much I can transfer using ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes. 

  • For personal customers, there is no limit on the amount you can transfer between your linked ANZ accounts, or to payments made to registered ANZ billers through ANZ Internet Banking. A daily limit will apply to all other transactions conducted through ANZ Internet Banking.
  • For business customers, there is no limit on the amount you can transfer between your linked ANZ accounts, or to payments made to registered ANZ billers through ANZ Internet Banking. However, transfers may require authorisation from one or more signatories to the funding account. Other limits may also apply. Please refer to the ANZ Internet Banking Terms and Conditions or your Relationship Manager for further information.
Can I view my transaction history with ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes.

ANZ Internet Banking allows you to view up to 365 days of your transaction history on any of your ANZ cheque or deposit accounts linked to ANZ Internet Banking. If you wish to view more than 365 days of your transaction history you will need to order a copy of your previous statements. Please contact your local ANZ branch if you would like to order a copy of your previous statements. Charges will apply copies of previously issued statements.

Can I download my transaction history with ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes.

You can choose to download your transaction history from ANZ Internet Banking to either Microsoft Excel (.xls) or other spreadsheet programs in a Comma Separated (.csv) format.

Can I make payroll payments to employees using ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes.

Business customers can make payroll payments to employees using the Payroll Payments function available through ANZ Internet Banking. You can maintain a list of employees and use that information each time you make payroll payments.

Can I make payments using Diskpay through ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes.

Diskpay is a convenient salary paying service for employers. ANZ Diskpay is a computer-based software application that lets you create electronic payment files for frequent tasks like payroll and accounts payable.  If you have an existing Diskpay agreement with ANZ, you can submit your Diskpay file within the secure environment of ANZ Internet Banking. For each Diskpay request lodged on ANZ Internet banking, a confirmation facsimile with the appropriate authorisation must be received by ANZ before the Diskpay file can be processed.

With ANZ Diskpay:

  • ANZ takes care of your payments
  • debits your account with no need to write cheques
  • minimises security risks
  • reduces transaction charges
  • there is no need to submit salary listings.
