Chief Executive Officer
Geoff joins ANZ Solomon Islands following a successful career with Standard Chartered Bank, covering a wide variety of roles including Chief Executive Officer Positions in Jordan, Iraq and Mauritius, Strategic Planning, M&A, Finance and Relationship Banking. Prior to this, he utilised his experience as a Chartered Accountant in CFO and accounting roles in listed corporates in Zimbabwe and London.
Head of Business, ANZ Solomon Islands
Simon joined the Solomon Islands team as Head of Business and has responsibility across ANZ's Corporate and Institutional, Commercial and Small Business segments.
Simon has more than 10 years experience in Banking & Finance and with ANZ for over 7 years, having worked across Pacific business originally in PNG, and most recently in Commercial Banking in Australia. Simon is a member of the ANZ's 2009 Pacific Lead The Future program.
Lyn Pita Faarodo
Head of Retail
Lyn Pita-Faarodo was appointed the Head of Retail Banking in September 2013 and is responsible for managing branches in Honiara and in the provinces.
Lyn has been with ANZ for the past 15 years having held various roles within the Retail Segment. Having this extensive experience in retail, Lyn provides a strong and stable leadership to the Retail Segment.
Head of Markets and International Trade
Delicia is the Manager for Markets and International Trade. Delicia was appointed in July 2013 and is responsible for developing the Global Markets businesses through identifying risk management solutions for customers.
Prior to this appointment, Delicia was with ANZ PNG where she has extensive banking and finance experience after spending five and a half years in Finance (Cash Management, Equities Trading and & Investment Management and Advisory Services) with Kina Group of Companies, Port Moresby, PNG and to date has spent 7 years to date in Global Markets with ANZ Bank (PNG).
Delicia holds a Bachelors Degree in Management Studies (majoring in Economics and Management Information Systems) acquired in 2002. She also has a Diploma in Financial Services from AFMA in 2007 and remains an AFMA accredited member to date.
Manager - Operational Risk and Compliance
Prenil is the Manager for Operational Risk and Compliance. Prenil was appointed in 2013 and is responsible for overall Operational and Compliance Risk of ANZ Solomon Islands.
Prior to this appointment, Prenil was with ANZ Pacific Operations where he had extensive banking and finance experience after spending 4 years as a Team Leader with the Lending team (National Finance Centre, Team Leader Excesses and Arrears, Team Leader Queries and Reviews and Team Leader Post Assessment) Prior to that Prenil worked in the Retail network of ANZ Fiji. Prenil joined the ANZ Pacific Operations Risk team and looked after Credit Quality Assurance until this appointment was made. Prenil has spent 9 years with ANZ.
Prenil holds a Diploma in Business Studies acquired in 2003. Prenil is currently enrolled in Association of Certified Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS).
