Brian Robb
General Manager of ANZ Solomon Islands

Brian Robb is the Country Head for ANZ Solomon Islands. Appointed in September 2007, Brian has overall responsibility for the full Banking operations for ANZ Solomon Islands with 131 staff country-wide.

Prior to joining ANZ Solomon Islands, Brian was Local CEO ANZ National Waikato District in New Zealand, a market which encompasses 16 branches.

Brian is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance and holds a post Graduate Diploma in Banking from Massey University.

David Dennis
Chief Operating Officer, ANZ Solomon Islands

David is the Chief Operating Officer for ANZ Solomon Islands appointed in June 2007 and responsible for overall Operations in country.

David joined ANZ in May 2004 as Business Manager. He was appointed Head of Personal Financial Services September 2005.

David holds a degree in Economics from Macquarie University, Sydney and is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Jared Beckett
Head of Corporate, ANZ Solomon Islands

Jared was recently appointed head for the Head of Corporate for the Solomon Islands in October 2008 and is responsible for all corporate businesses customers in the Country.

Jared joined ANZ Solomon Islands from UDC New Zealand as Head of Corporate for the Central Region. He is a career financier with previous roles being in commercial and also Branch Banking.

Jared holds an MBA from the Waikato University.

Aubry Dodd
Head of Retail Banking, ANZ Solomon Islands

Aubry Dodd was recently appointed for the Head of Retail Banking in September 2008 and is responsible for both the retail and rural branch networks in Solomon Islands.

Prior to joining ANZ Solomon Islands, Aubry was a senior Manager with NZ Guardian Trust. Aubry has 27 years experience in the financial services Industry, having held several branch management positions in New Zealand. He has also valuable experience gained from running his own business for 12 years.

Ben Anderson
Head of Risk, ANZ Solomon Islands

Ben Anderson is the Head of Risk for ANZ Solomon Islands. Ben joined the team in October 2008 and is responsible for the Operational Risk for the Country.

Ben joined the team after having spent five years with ANZ Business, in New Zealand, as a Relationship Manager. He has recently graduated with an MBA from Waikato University in 2008 and also holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Law from the University of Auckland.

Tony Langston
Head of Small Business, ANZ Solomon Islands

Tony is the Head of Small and Business for ANZ Solomon Islands and is responsible for the management of all Small Business ANZ customers in the country.

Tony joined ANZ Solomon Islands in January 1984 and he is been with the bank for 24 years. His previous roles include Chief Operating Officer, including a relief role in ANZ Dili, Timor Leste. His extensive Banking experience includes finance, lending and retail.

Rose Pitakaka
Manager Human Resource, ANZ Solomon Islands

Rose Pitakaka is the Manager Human Resources for ANZ Solomon Islands and has responsibility for managing the Country’s Human Resource function.

Rose joined ANZ Solomon Islands in April 1988. During her 20 year career, she has held management roles in Branch Management, Administration plus valuable banking experience in retail and training.
