Samuel Suen is the Head of Private Bank, North and North East Asia and is based in Hong Kong. He is responsible for the Private Banking business in the region including driving the development of new geographies and client segments.

Samuel was previously with The Citigroup Private Bank in a variety of senior roles, including Global Market Manager, Taiwan, Head of Global Wealth Structuring APME, Head of International Insurance and Head of US Trusts & Estates. Prior to joining Citigroup, Samuel was President of the Merrill Lynch Trust Companies in the US. He was a Board member and Chairman of its Trust and Investment Committees. 

Samuel holds a MBA in Finance and Econometrics from the University of Chicago and a BA (Honours) in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Manitoba. He is a seasoned wealth management professional and has more than twenty years of global industry experience.
