• An additional amount up to $10,000^* as Lifestyle Adjustment Benefit if the diagnosis is due to Major Cancer
• Up to $250^* Daily Hospital Cash, up to maximum of 60 days.

• Any major cancer or heart attack or stroke must be the first diagnosis. Pre-existing conditions are excluded from cover
• Any major cancer or heart attack or stroke diagnosed within 90 days from the policy effective date will not be covered
• No benefit is payable if the insured dies within 30 days from the first diagnosis of major cancer or heart attack or stroke.
