*ANZ Movie Treats Card Terms & Conditions
1. The GV ANZ Movie Card ("Movie Card") is a pre-loaded cash card with S$120 value and it will be sold at $90 nett to ANZ Card members ("Promotion").
2. The promotion is valid from 3 November 2011 to 2 November 2012 at any Golden Village ("GV") cinemas in Singapore.
3. ANZ Cardmembers have to use ANZ Credit Cards to purchase the Movie Treats Card at GV box offices.
4. The Movie Treats Card cannot be purchased using movie vouchers or any other Credit Card promotions.
5. This Promotion is valid with all ANZ Credit Cards issued in Singapore.
6. Not valid with ANZ Corporate Cards and Debit Cards.
7. The Promotion is open to Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardmembers.
8. To be eligible for this offer, the Card account must be in good standing and not be cancelled for any reason.
9. The Movie Treats Card cannot be exchanged for cash, or used together with other promotions, credit card discounts, movie vouchers or coupons.
10. The Movie Treats Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
11. The Movie Treats Card is applicable for purchases at GV Box Offices, GV Online and GV Snacks Bar.
12. Purchases made with the Movie Treats Card will be charged at the full retail price including booking or administrative fee levy by GV.
13. The Movie Treats Card is not applicable for online F&B purchases.
14. A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased using the Movie Treats Card per transaction.
15. The online booking fee of $1.00 is applicable per transaction and will be charged to ANZ Credit Card.
16. The Movie Treats Card is not replaceable if lost.
17. No refund will be made for any lost gift cards.
18. The Movie Treats Card does not allow any top up. No revalidation is allowed for expired gift cards.
19. Any unused value cannot be refunded for cash.
20. The Movie Treats Card is not valid for AXS, iGV bookings, group bookings, special movie packages, discounted tickets for senior citizens or with any other offers or promotions.
21. The use of the Movie Treats Card does not guarantee seating and/or ticket availability.
22. Tickets purchased are not refundable. The cost of the movie tickets will be charged to cardmember’s ANZ Credit Card in the event of non-collection of movie tickets.
23. Enquiry on Movie Treats Card expiry and/or unused value of the card can be made over any GV box office.
24. The Movie Treats Card expiry date and/or unused value of the card will be indicated on the movie receipt issued at point of transaction.
25. Golden Village and ANZ reserve the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
