Visit us at any of our branches to obtain a copy of the Personal Internet Banking Application Form.  


Telephone icon Call our 24-Hour Customer Service at 1800 269 2269 or +65 6269 2269 overseas to request for an application to be faxed to you.

Enquire online icon Request for an application form to be sent via email, mail or fax.

The completed form can be returned to us via mail or at any of our branches.

Upon the receipt of your completed form, we will mail you a welcome letter and PIN Mailer within a few business days.

Your PIN Mailer will contain your User ID and Internet Banking PIN. You will need to approve the receipt of your User ID and Internet Banking PIN. Simply sign and mail the Internet Banking User ID and PIN Acknowledgement Slip to our designated address. We will then send the ANZ Personal Internet Banking Security Device by mail.

If you had applied for Personal Internet Banking personally at any of our branches, your ANZ Personal Internet Banking Security Device would have been issued to you.

Closing your Personal Internet Banking account

Please send in a written request for the closure of your Personal Internet Banking account. You may also print out and submit the 24-Hour Banking Services Form to us. This form is also available at our branches.
