Enquire for an application form to be sent via email, mail or fax.
The completed form can be returned to us via mail or handed in at any of our branches.
Upon receipt of your completed form, within a few business days we will mail you.
A welcome letter, which will provide you with details on the collection of your very own Dynamic Security Password (DSP)*.

* If you had applied for Personal Internet Banking personally at any of our branches, your Dynamic Security Password (DSP device) would have been issued to you.
Please send in a written request for the closure of your Personal Internet Banking account. You may also print out and submit the 24-Hour Banking Personal Preference Form to us. This form is also available at our branches.
Upon verification, a letter will be sent to inform you of the closure of your Personal Internet Banking account. You will be requested to return the Dynamic Security Password (DSP) device at any of our branches. Kindly note that DSP device must be returned to the Bank within 14 days upon receipt of the Bank’s acknowledgement letter. Otherwise, a fee is applicable.
