As part of our continued efforts to make ANZ Personal Internet Banking a secure banking environment for you, we have introduced a new generation Security Device.
 

The Security Device enables you to generate a One-Time Password (OTP) for online transactions, which works similarly to the previous device. In addition, this device comes with a multi-button interface, together with an enhanced security feature called Transaction Signing. It uses transaction-specific information to generate a dynamic OTP intended for certain online transactions and will enable you to use more secure transaction services in the near future.

ANZ customers will be progressively receiving the new Security Device with enhanced transaction signing authentication capabilities, which will provide you greater peace of mind when transacting online.
 

Registering your new generation Security Device

Existing ANZ Personal Internet Banking customers will need to re-register their new Security Device in order for it to be activated.  This is a one-time registration.

For new Personal Internet Banking customers, the new Security Device has been pre-registered to your profile.  You can start your online banking immediately.
 

One-Time Registration for existing ANZ Personal Internet Banking customers

Please enter your current User ID, Internet Banking PIN and One-Time Password (OTP) using your old Security Device on ANZ Personal Internet Banking website. Click on “Log on” to proceed.

Step 1

Security DeviceLook for the 10-digit serial number that is found on the back of your new Security Device and enter the serial number in the corresponding text box.


 

Step 2

Click on “Proceed” button to continue with your registration.

You have now completed your One-Time Registration with your new Security Device. Your old Security Device will be de-activated immediately.
 

For new ANZ Personal Internet Banking customers

Log in to ANZ Personal Internet Banking with your User ID and Internet Banking PIN found in the PIN Mailer.

Press OTP on the new Security Device to generate a 6 digit One-Time Password (OTP) and enter the OTP displayed in the corresponding text box.
