3. I have forgotten my PIN and cannot access the ATM.
To request for a new ANZ Visa Debit Card PIN, you will have to complete the 24-hour Banking Services Form (PDF 160kB) or visit any of our branches.

4. The ATM machine has retained my card. How do I get a new one?

5. I have an ANZ Credit Card. Can I withdraw money and what are the charges?
Yes, you can withdraw cash from your ANZ Credit Card. The normal cash advance charges will apply.

6. I am a tourist/overseas ANZ customer visiting Singapore. Am I able to withdraw cash using my local ANZ ATM Card?
Yes, you can withdraw from any ANZ ATM. There are no service fees or charges levied by ANZ Singapore for your transaction(s). You may check with your local bank for any additional fees and charges.

7. Can I link my ANZ Credit Card to my ANZ Current or Savings Account so that I don't have to carry an ANZ ATM or Visa Debit Card?
No. Your ANZ Credit Card, ATM or Visa Debit Card are stored as separate accounts hence you will need to carry your ANZ ATM or Visa Debit Card for your normal withdrawals from your Current or Savings Account and your ANZ Credit Card can be used for payments or cash advances.

8. How do I request for Internet Banking or Phone Banking access?
You can do this at any ANZ ATM.

 

9. How do I reset my ANZ Internet Banking or Phone Banking PIN?
