How do I register for ANZ Internet Banking?
What is my User ID?

Your User ID is used to log on to ANZ Internet Banking. It is between 8 and 32 characters long.

When you register for ANZ Internet Banking, you will be provided with a random 8 digit User ID. You may change your User ID to a unique selection of your choice. Once changed, your old User ID will no longer work.

How can I add or change the ANZ accounts I want to access via ANZ Internet Banking?

You can add any ANZ accounts approved for use with ANZ Internet Banking in Singapore, by completing an ANZ Internet Banking Maintenance form. You may also link certain ANZ accounts located outside of Singapore. Please refer to Register for Internet Banking for the relevant form. Once complete, send the original form to your local ANZ branch.

Can I open a new account via ANZ Internet Banking?

Due to security reasons you cannot open an account within ANZ Internet Banking, but you can open a new ANZ account at your local ANZ branch.

Can I close an account via ANZ Internet Banking?

The ANZ Internet Banking Support Centre team is not authorised to close an account on your behalf. You must sign an authority form, which is available at your local ANZ branch.

Can I access my Term Deposit or Loan accounts via ANZ Internet Banking?

You can elect to access any ANZ account approved for use with ANZ Internet Banking in Singapore. Please refer to the ANZ Internet Banking Terms and Conditions (PDF 136kB) for restrictions on the linking of ANZ accounts.

Will ANZ Internet Banking be available 24 hours, 7 days a week?

ANZ Internet Banking will be available 24 hours, 7 days a week. However, it is possible that access may be disrupted by a service being temporarily unavailable or where a system or equipment fails to function in a normal or satisfactory manner.

How do I view my transaction history?

ANZ Internet Banking allows you to view up to 365 days of your transaction history on any of your ANZ accounts linked to ANZ Internet Banking. You can print or save a PDF copy of your transaction history. To assist in managing your finances, you can also download transactions as an Excel or CSV file.

What browser can I use with ANZ Internet Banking?

ANZ Internet Banking may not operate or operate correctly when using other combinations.

Is ANZ Internet Banking secure? What can I do to maximise security?

It is important to ANZ that your account information is protected, so we have implemented a range of security measures. These protective measures are the some of the best available, ensuring that your password, account details and other sensitive information are not accessed by an unauthorised person.

Can I allow other people to access my accounts using ANZ Internet Banking?

To protect your personal information and your money, you must not allow other people to access your accounts using your User ID for ANZ Internet Banking.

If you are Business customer, you may nominate another person known to you Authorised User access for ANZ Internet Banking. You may also elect for the Authorised User to have Value and Non-Value access to specific ANZ accounts, with Non-Value access disallowing the creation of transactions. Call the ANZ Internet Banking Support Centre for more information.

What do I do if I forget my password or User ID?

For assistance, call the ANZ Internet Banking Support Centre. Once a Customer Service Officer has confirmed your identity, a temporary password will be provided to you so that you can access ANZ Internet Banking. You will then be required to select your own unique password, which should be used the next time you log onto ANZ Internet Banking.

Remember, you have three attempts to enter your ANZ Internet Banking password. If you forget your password, or incorrectly enter your password too many times, your User ID will become disabled.

Why do I need to confirm or update my mobile phone number and email address before I can proceed, upon accessing my internet banking account?

This will allow us to send you a SMS and/or email notification when you add a payee for bill payments and fund transfers.

Can I use ANZ Internet Banking to make payments to accounts at other banks?

Yes. Payments from eligible ANZ accounts can be made to an account with another financial institution, within Singapore, using the Local Transfer Request function.

Can I transfer money overseas?

Yes. You can transfer money from eligible ANZ accounts to an account overseas using the International Transfer Request function. You can select the currency you would like to transfer the money, and ANZ will directly confirm the exchange with you before processing the transaction.

Can I use ANZ Internet Banking for my business accounts as well as my personal accounts?

Using separate User IDs, you can access your ANZ personal and business accounts on ANZ Internet Banking. ANZ Internet Banking can only link ANZ personal or business accounts to a User ID. User IDs are provided when you register for ANZ Internet Banking.

If you require access to both your ANZ personal and business accounts, you need to complete separate registration forms for your ANZ personal and business accounts.

Do I incur fees for using ANZ Internet Banking?

You do not get charged when you log onto ANZ Internet Banking, check your balances or view your transaction history. Transactions requested via ANZ Internet Banking may be subject to transaction fees. Is there a limit to how much I can transfer using ANZ Internet Banking?

For personal customers, there is no limit on the amount of available funds that you can transfer between your linked ANZ accounts. There is a daily limit that applies to all other transfers.

For business customers, there are a number of ANZ Internet Banking limits in place. To ensure the security of the business accounts, each Authorised User has a transfer limit that applies to all transfers on ANZ accounts that are not single signing authority. There are also two separate daily limits that apply to all third party transfers – a daily business limit applies across all linked accounts; and a daily account based limit applies. The business and account daily limits do not apply to transfers between linked ANZ accounts.
