Using the ANZ bank and SWIFT code
Further to our previous communication about the operation of your ANZ account(s), we would like to remind you that electronic transactions with the previous RBS bank code (7010) and SWIFT code (ABNASGSG) will no longer be accepted after 15 November 2010.
These transactions include:
- one-time inward funds transfers or remittances (local and overseas)
- automatic debit payment transactions with other organisations (such as bill payment for utilities, payments for school fees or insurance premium)
- automatic credit transactions with other organisations (such as employers for auto-payroll and standing instructions given to your other designated banks for funds transfer).
If you need to perform any of the above transactions, kindly use the ANZ bank code (7931), SWIFT code (ANZBSGSX) and branch code (051) from now.
Should you have any queries concerning your account, please call our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline at 1800 269 2269 (or +65 6269 2269 if overseas).
