There are two main reasons why you can't find the information you want:
1. There is a problem with the way you formatted your search request.
- Too specific - The keywords used in your search may have been too specific, and no pages were found to match them all. Try removing a word or a phrase, and searching again.
- Vague - Your search terms may be too vague, so you get so many results that it's difficult to pinpoint the right one. Try adding another keyword to make your search clearer.
- Spelling and abbreviations - You may have misspelled a word, or used an abbreviation that isn't recognised. Check your spelling, and spell out any abbreviated words.
2. It's not on the ANZ website.
You may have searched for information that is not on the ANZ website. Try and use different keywords to search what you are looking for. If you still can't find what you are looking for and you need more information on your search topic please contact ANZ on: Phone - , 24 hours a day, seven days a week (International ). Visit any branch. Fill in an online enquiry form.

To optimise your search results try using the terms 'and', 'or', 'and not'.
- Find documents that include both search terms entered. Example - 'mortgage and guarantee' (searches for all documents that include both the words mortgage and guarantee). - Finds documents that include at least one of the search terms entered, but not necessarily both. - Excludes documents containing the term specified from your search results.
Using asterisks (*) can also optimise your results.
To look for words that begin with the specified letters include a single asterisk (*). Example - type key* to find key, keying, keyhole, keyboard, and so on. To look for all forms of a word use a double asterisk (**). Example - type fly** to match fly, flew, flown, and flying.
