ANZ Phone Banking enables you to do your routine banking (such as balance enquiries, transaction history, transfer money between linked accounts or pay regular bills) by telephone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Keeping track of your money has never been easier.
Register for Phone Banking
In order to use ANZ Phone Banking you need to be an ANZ account customer.
You will be advised within 24 hours after loading your details, of your Customer Registration Number (CRN) and temporary Telephone Identification Number (TIN).
When you log into Phone Banking for the first time you will be asked to change your TIN.
You can then start using ANZ Phone Banking at your convenience.
