Can I allow other people to access my accounts using ANZ Internet Banking?
A. To protect your personal information and your money, you must not allow other people to access your accounts using your User ID for ANZ Internet Banking.
If you are a Business customer, you may nominate another person known to you Authorised User access for ANZ Internet Banking. You may also elect for the Authorised User to have Value and Non-Value access to specific ANZ accounts, with Non-Value access disallowing the creation of transactions. What do I do if I forget my password or User ID?
A. For assistance, call the ANZ Internet Banking Support Centre. Once a Customer Service Officer has confirmed your identity, a temporary password will be provided to you so that you can access ANZ Internet Banking. You will then be required to select your own unique password, which should be used the next time you log onto ANZ Internet Banking. Remember, you have three attempts to enter your ANZ Internet Banking password. If you forget your password, or incorrectly enter your password too many times, your User ID will be disabled.
