How do I register for ANZ Internet Banking?

What is my User ID?
A. Your User ID is used to log on to ANZ Internet Banking. It is between 8 and 32 characters long.

When you register for ANZ Internet Banking, you will be provided with a random 8 digit User ID. You may change your User ID to a unique selection of your choice. Once changed, your old User ID will no longer work.

How can I add or change the ANZ accounts I want to access via ANZ Internet Banking?
A. You can add any ANZ accounts approved for use with ANZ Internet Banking in the Philippines, by completing an ANZ Internet Banking Maintenance form. You may also link certain ANZ accounts located outside of the Philippines. Please refer to Register for Internet Banking for the relevant form. Once complete, send the original form to your local ANZ branch

Can I open a new account via ANZ Internet Banking?
A. Due to security reasons you cannot open an account within ANZ Internet Banking, but you can open a new ANZ account at your local ANZ branch.

Can I close an account via ANZ Internet Banking?
A. The ANZ Internet Banking Support Centre team is not authorised to close an account on your behalf. You must sign an authority form, which is available at your local ANZ branch.

Can I access my Term Deposit or Loan accounts via ANZ Internet Banking?
A. You can elect to access any ANZ account approved for use with ANZ Internet Banking in the Philippines. Please refer to the ANZ Internet Banking Terms and Conditions (PDF 134kB) for restrictions on the linking of ANZ accounts.

Will ANZ Internet Banking be available 24 hours, 7 days a week?
A. ANZ Internet Banking will be available 24 hours, 7 days a week. However, it is possible that access may be disrupted by a service being temporarily unavailable or where a system or equipment fails to function in a normal or satisfactory manner.

How do I view my transaction history?
A. ANZ Internet Banking allows you to view up to 365 days of your transaction history on any of your ANZ accounts linked to ANZ Internet Banking. You can print or save a PDF copy of your transaction history. To assist in managing your finances, you can also download transactions as an Excel or CSV file.
