The banking environment in the Philippines
Currency
The currency of Philippines is the Philippine Peso (PHP, or simply Peso).
The Philippine Peso has some exchange controls, and can not freely be transferred into another currency.
Credit Cards
Credit cards are widely accepted throughout the Philippines.
ATMs
The Philippines has an extensive ATM network (please note ANZ Philippines is currently unable to offer ATM access).
