| What type of ANZ accounts can I transfer funds to and from? |

You can only transfer funds to and from the accounts you have linked to ANZ Internet Banking. These accounts are listed in the drop down boxes within 'Transfer between my accounts'.

| Can I change the transfer of funds between my ANZ accounts from future dated to regularly recurring? |
|---|
|
Click 'Transfer between my accounts' and you will be able to set up a future dated transfer. If you would like to change this from a one–off future dated transfer to a regularly recurring transfer, you will need to firstly delete the original future dated transfer. This can be done by clicking ‘View Future Payments/Transfers’ in the Left Hand Navigation. Then, to set up a regularly recurring transfer go to ‘Transfer between my accounts’, select the relevant accounts and then click on the ‘Regular transfer’ option. This option allows you to select when the transfer will start, when the transfer will end and the frequency of these transfers – i.e. daily, weekly or monthly. |
| What is the cut–off time for ANZ Internet Banking transfers? |

Funds transfers between your linked ANZ accounts will be completed immediately if initiated before 10pm AEST. Please refer to the 'Important Information' at the bottom of the Internet Banking pages for further details about cut–off times, as they may vary depending on the time of day.

| Can I use ANZ Internet Banking to make payments to accounts at other banks? |

Yes. the Pay Anyone facility enables you to transfer funds to any individual or business with a bank account held at most Australian financial institutions that accept direct credit payments. To apply for Pay Anyone, select 'Pay Anyone access' in the left–hand menu under the 'Everyday Banking' tab and follow the instructions.

| What details do I need to make a payment to another person's account? |

If you wish to make a payment to another person's account at ANZ or another financial institution in Australia, you will need the following information:

| When can I expect a Pay Anyone transfer to be processed? |
|---|
|
Transfers of funds to other people's accounts at ANZ are processed overnight and available the following business day. If the payment is made to an account held with another financial institution, the funds will be debited from your account immediately but the time it takes for these funds to be lodged into the payee's account will be dependent of the other financial institution. For more information, refer to the Pay Anyone and International Services Terms and Conditions. |
| What is the daily limit for Pay Anyone funds transfers? |

When you apply for Pay Anyone you have the option of choosing your daily limit. The daily limit is the maximum amount that you may transfer using Pay Anyone during any day. You can choose either $1,000, $5,000 or $10,000. This daily limit does not affect any other part of your banking.

| How can I increase my Pay Anyone limit? |

To increase the limit you will need to reapply to access Pay Anyone. Select the ‘Update my details’ tab and click on the ‘My Internet Banking Details’ option to change your Pay Anyone access. Once your application has been processed, you will receive a confirmation letter in the mail with an action number and instructions on how to reactivate Pay Anyone with your revised limit. Your action number must be activated within 28 days of making you application. |
| Can I cancel a Pay Anyone transfer? |

No, Pay Anyone transfers are immediate and cannot be cancelled. The only time you can cancel a Pay Anyone transfer is when you set a future dated transfer. Under the 'Everyday Banking' tab, in the left–hand menu click 'View Future Payments/Transfers'. On this page, there is a 'Delete transfer' option, which will cancel the Pay Anyone transfer.

| What is BPAY® and how do I set this up? |

BPAY® enables you to pay bills online. You do not need to register to use BPAY®; you simply need to have a bill that has your biller’s details (including biller code and reference number) on it.

| How do I cancel future payments/transfers when using BPAY®? |
|---|
|
You can cancel or delete a future payment prior to 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day prior to the payment being made effective.

| Can I make a bill payment with my credit card? |
|---|
|
Bill payments from your credit card can be processed as either a purchase or cash advance. This is dependent upon how the biller is set up with the BPAY® billing service. The biller has the option of accepting a credit card as a method of payment. If the biller chooses to accept, the bill payment is processed as a purchase. If the biller does not accept credit card payments, ANZ may allow you to make the payment from your credit card (when sufficient funds are available). If you choose to proceed with the payment, it will be processed as a cash advance and interest will accrue accordingly. |
| What can I do if my Pay Anyone transfer or BPAY® payment hasn’t been received? |

ANZ can investigate any Pay Anyone or BPAY® transaction on your account that you believe is either incorrect, has been sent to an incorrect reference number or has not been received. If you wish to have this transaction investigated we will lodge a dispute with our EFT Disputes Department. They will contact the merchant involved on your behalf to investigate the transaction. Transaction disputes can take up to 21 days to be resolved and the EFT Disputes Department will advise you of the result in writing. | How much does it cost to use Pay Anyone or BPAY®? |

There is no charge. However, if customers use all of their free withdrawals from their accounts in one month, normal excess transaction fees and government charges will apply.

| What do I need to do to register for 'International Services'? |
|---|
|
Firstly, you need to have Pay Anyone access which is available via the link in the left hand navigation bar on the International Services page.If you are already registered for Pay Anyone, you can register for International Services immediately. Then you need to complete the International Services Registration page by reading the Terms and Conditions and changing your Pay Anyone limit if you wish. |
| Can I change my Pay Anyone Limit? |

You can increase or decrease your Pay Anyone limit within the standard Pay Anyone restrictions. Once you are registered for Pay Anyone, you can change your limit by going to the ‘Change Pay Anyone Access’ page located in the 'Update Details' menu or the ‘Change International Services’ page located in the ‘International Services’ menu.

| Can I remove International Access at a later date? |

Yes, select ‘Change International Access’ from ‘International Services’ in the left–hand navigation menu. Select the ‘Remove International Services’ link. This will remove International Services access only. Your Pay Anyone Access will remain the same.

| What fees are involved in international transactions? |
|---|
|
Transferring funds overseas via Telegraphic Transfer or purchasing an International Draft is considered a transaction from your nominated ANZ account and therefore will be included in your monthly fee transaction quota. To find out more about additional fees, please refer to the ANZ Personal Financial Services Fees and Charges. |
| What is an International Draft and what currencies can I choose from for an International Draft? |

An International Draft is similar to a bank cheque but payable overseas in foreign currency. International Drafts can be made out in specified currencies only. Available currencies are listed in a drop–down box accessible from the ‘Purchase an International Draft’ link located on the 'International Services' page.

| Where will the International Draft be sent? |
|---|
|
The Draft will be sent to your statement address. It is your responsibility to forward the Draft to the payee.

| What happens if I want to send it to a different address? |
|---|
|
You must cancel your request to Purchase an International Draft, then call 13 13 14 to change your address. You will then be required to log on to ANZ Internet Banking and complete your details again.

| What is a Telegraphic Transfer and when will it reach its destination? |
|---|
|
A Telegraphic Transfer is a means of transferring funds overseas. The transfer should reach the recipient bank within three bank business days. It may take longer for the recipient bank to transfer the money into the recipient's bank account.

| What is a beneficiary (Payee)? |
|---|
|
A beneficiary is the person who will be receiving the transferred funds. The beneficiary details can be saved in the International Payee list and you can have up to 40 international payees on the list.

| What countries can I send a Telegraphic Transfer to and why aren't they available for all countries? |

|
Telegraphic Transfers can be sent to specified countries only. Available currencies are listed in a drop–down box accessible from the ‘Transfer Funds Overseas’ link located on the ‘International Services' page. The countries shown in the drop–down box located on the ‘Transfer Funds Overseas’ page are the countries available for Telegraphic Transfer from within ANZ Internet Banking. If you wish to transfer funds to a country not shown in this list, please visit your nearest branch. |
| How does the Telegraphic Transfer calculation system work? |

Enter an amount in the ‘Amount in Foreign Currency’ field OR an amount in the 'Australian Dollars' field, then click ‘Calculate’ . Whichever field is left blank will be automatically calculated by ANZ Internet Banking.

You can see the currencies available to transfer funds overseas and purchase an International Draft from within ANZ Internet Banking.
For each country, the national currency, abbreviation for the national currency and the current ANZ Sell Rate is displayed. A tick in the Telegraphic Transfer or International Draft box means that the currency is available with that functionality |
| Where do the foreign exchange rates come from? |

The rates are delivered to ANZ Internet Banking direct from ANZ Treasury and are updated regularly.

| Can I view the details of Telegraphic Transfers and International Drafts I've previously sent? |

Yes, in the left–hand navigation menu under ‘Everyday Banking’ , select ‘Past Payments/Transfers’ . You can also search by International Services payments if you wish. The Payment type is listed as Immediate Telegraphic Transfer or Immediate Draft.
