To make life simple for you we have modified the www.anz.com homepage so that you can easily access the most popular functions with you mobile or smartphone.

Whilst the www.anz.com homepage and Internet Banking screens do look different they have the same security and authentication procedures as regular Internet Banking. All data is SSL encrypted and no data is stored on the phone. You can feel confident when using the website that your personal information is being protected.

You can still continue to use the regular Internet Banking service on your iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad* or Android+ if you prefer by clicking on the ‘view regular anz.com’ button. You can also log in as normal to your Internet Banking from here.

| Can all customers in Australia access ANZ Mobile banking? |

ANZ Mobile Banking was developed for retail and small business customers only. Unfortunately if you have an ANZ Internet Banking for Business account you will not be able to access these services for the time being.

| When will an app like ANZ goMoney™ be available for other mobiles? |

ANZ goMoney is now available for iPhone & Android phones, it may also work on the iPod Touch, iPad and Android tablets*.

ANZ Mobile Banking is provided for free. Please note that standard contract and carrier data charges will apply, subject to your mobile plan. If you call us from your mobile, you will need to pay your carrier's standard call charges for a '13' number. Please contact your mobile provider for further details.

| Can I make or modify future-dated payments? |

You can use regular Internet Banking to set up a future-dated payment and to make any changes to an existing reoccurring or future-date payment. This also includes deleting any payments. To permanently add a payee record you will also need to use regular Internet Banking.

| How can I print my receipt? |

|
You can save your receipts to the gallery on your device. You can also view your receipt number on regular Internet Banking by selecting Past Payments/Transfer and viewing the number listed in the status column.

| How do I add or modify an existing payee's or biller's details? |

|
To make any changes to an existing payee's or biller's details use regular Internet Banking. You'll also need to use regular Internet Banking to permanently add or delete any payee or biller records.

| I'm having issues accessing ANZ Mobile banking on my Window's mobile, what can I do? |

Close all your active Internet Explorer tabs, and then try clearing your Internet Explorer's cache. You can do this by going to the Menu in Internet Explorer, then > Settings and > Delete history. |
| I'm having issues acessing ANZ Mobile banking on my Blackberry device, what can I do? |

Try clearing the Blackberry browsers cache. To do this, using the blackberry browser, go to the Menu > Options > Go to "Clear Browsing Data" and select "Cookies" and "Cache" > Select "Clear Now". |

Close all active Safari sessions and then try clearing your website data. To do this, go to "Settings" > "Safari" > "Advanced" > select "Website Data" > 'Remove All Website Data". |
